Use of Third-Party Providers
As part of our operations, we use third-party services to store and process the information we collect. One of our main providers is Firebase, a development platform from Google that provides server services, data storage, user authentication, and analytics. Firebase is committed to protecting information under GDPR regulations and provides advanced data security to ensure the protection of your privacy.
We ensure that all providers comply with the required standards and implement high levels of security to protect personal information. You can view Firebase’s privacy policy to learn more about how they handle data.
Security Incidents in Third-Party Services
We do our best to choose providers that offer the highest level of data security. However, we do not take responsibility for security incidents that do not directly result from our actions. If there is a fault in one of our provider’s systems, such as Firebase, over which we do not have direct control, we will endeavor to notify users as soon as possible and assist as much as possible in dealing with the consequences.
Use of Google Analytics
In order to improve the service experience and understand our users’ usage patterns, we use Google Analytics, a service from Google that allows us to collect and analyze anonymous information about user behavior in the application. The information collected by Google Analytics is stored on Google’s servers and managed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
